Job Summary
Contract Administrator
- Project Documentation
- Organize and Maintain project documentation including contracts and subcontracts.
- Assist Accountants Payable Manager in Securing subcontractor and vendor lien waivers for pay applications.
- Communication
- Act as the point of contact for subcontractors and suppliers
- Facilitate communication between Project Managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Regularly report the documentation status to the management team
- Document Management
- Maintain organized records of all Subcontracts and Purchase Orders
- Work Closely with Project Management to ensure Subcontracts and Purchase Orders are executed timely.

- Must be willing and able to travel out of town, and/or out of state to work on job sites.
